These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet Regulations governing distance contracts.

By placing an order in the Dukuļu Gardumi online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The seller of the goods offered in this online store (hereinafter – the Seller) and the person placing the order (hereinafter – the Buyer) enter into a distance contract.

The Seller undertakes to prepare and deliver the goods selected by the Buyer in accordance with the contents of the order placed.

Ordering, Payment and Delivery

The Buyer places an order in the online store by selecting the goods and providing the required information.

Payment can be made:

• using the payment methods available online, or
• by an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.

The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The goods are prepared and delivered or made available for collection within 5 days after receipt of payment, with the delivery or collection time agreed in advance with the Buyer.
